Jafa - you really are a bit of a worry as you have got me into deep shit - my wife was looking over my shoulder as I went into the you tube site you mentioned and my attention was immediately taken with the advert at the bottom - 10,000 beautiful Chinese ladies who wanted to meet me - and I pushed the button to meet them and now I am threatened with divorce.

Good site Jafa thanks for pointing it out to us - ps keep you eye open in Jafa land for 10,000 Chinese ladies pushing beautiful looking half caste Chinese bibbies in prams!

To me the highlight maybe of my life will not be my biggest nugget, nor half a pound of gold in three handfuls of dirt - it is my son discovering an unworked quartz reef with nuggets in it with nothing more than a metal detector.

I'm sold on them now for Gold - after owning one for coins and other treasures since 1980 and in all that time never finding Gold with one I am now finding Gold and have paid my Goldbug off in Gold value !

Hi there Graeme, Good on you. Once you get your head around them & the gold starts coming it certainly is easier on you than dredging. You are so damb lucky with your place. Your very own private detecting heaven. Keep up the good work & hope the gold keeps coming for you.

Hi there Jafa, That is the Whites Goldmaster that he is using in that footage. It actually has a function called, "Follow the black sand". Thanks for finding & putting that link up.
Hope you have curved your habit of using explosives in the Coromandel. LOL :)

Good luck out there.

JW :)
